How long will shipping take?
We're finalizing fulfillment ahead of launch. Our target: orders out within 1–2 business days, US delivery in 3–5 business days, complimentary shipping over $150. Confirmed details will be posted on our Shipping & Returns page before we open.
What is your return policy?
Our launch policy will be 30 days on unused products in original condition — simple, no restocking fees. Full details before first orders ship.
What materials do you use?
We design around honest materials — rich leathers, warm woods, solid metals — and every piece is evaluated in hand before it earns the name. Exact material specifications for each product will be confirmed with our makers and published on the product page before launch.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at launch — we'll begin within the United States and expand from there.
How do I care for leather and wood goods?
Leather: wipe clean, condition occasionally, let it patina. Wood: dust with a dry cloth and re-oil when it looks thirsty. Both age better than they arrive.
